We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return Simply log into your account and request a return - it's quick and easy. You'll see your eligible items and estimated refund amount right away. No need to email us first!
Return Eligibility Items must be in original condition - unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. You'll need your proof of purchase.
Return Shipping For approved returns, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label via email with instructions. Return items to: 51 Willow St Unit 132, Lynn, MA 01903.
Restocking Fee A 3% restocking fee applies to electronics and select items on approved returns. You'll see this deducted from your estimated refund when you submit your return request.

Exchanges We recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for the item you'd like instead.
EU Customers You have a 14-day cooling-off period to return items for any reason.
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
